This project addresses the challenges of insufficient participation in the APEC agri-food sector. Scheduled for August 2026, it will coincide with the APEC Food Security Week (FSW) and featuring a relaxed working dinner integrated with themed sharing sessions focusing on topics including digitalization empowering the development of the agri-food industry and personal career development within the sector. Set in a convivial dining atmosphere, the event will serve as an important exchange platform that connects representatives across APEC economies in the food supply chain. Ultimately, this project will advance APEC’s economic growth goals, amplify practitioners’ voices in food security and agri-food development, and leverage their unique strengths. Furthermore, the project will deliver actionable support for the APEC Putrajaya.
