Outputs1) Policy ReviewPolicy Review will be a written legal analyses (with at least 8 pages in outlines and 24 pages in full-text excluding appendixes) by desktop research with secondary data and information on two themes – “Green Energy Technologies Empower Net-Zero Energy Transition (General APEC region)” and “BCG Economy Models Enhance Net-Zero Societal Transformation (Thailand).” It will indicate critical issues in the APEC economies that lead to the key findings that help us make valid policy recommendations as references for the panel discussion. As the authorities are engaged in the international treaty and comply with its obligation by net-zero for ESG, we need legal studies that focus on developmental policies regarding the role of bioenergy technologies and BCG models in achieving net-zero and how it will contribute to resilience, sustainability, and inclusivity of APEC economies.
