Celebrating its 10th anniversary, APEC CCHE is seeking to summarize its main achievements, widen the targeted audience and shape new agenda for a milestone of 2030. The conference will be organized in three primary directions:
(1) Reaching for New Partnerships – an outreach section with the participation of BRICS, G20, Eurasian and African states looking for common interests and collaborative spheres;
(2) Addressing the Needs of the Future – a platform for researchers from the fields of natural science and IT sector to discuss scientific trends in the respective areas and find the common ground for joint research activities; and
(3) Unleashing the Potential of the University – a forum for educational foresight on talent nurturing, resilient leadership, innovative development and other relevant issues for the contemporary universities.
Referring to the vision depicted in APEC Education Strategy 2016-2030 and Action Plan, APEC 2021 priorities, the conference offers a universal platform for addressing key issues in higher education.
Higher education institutions, businesses, civil society, and state representatives will convene to define major prospects for APEC educational cooperation in the sphere of education and seek practical solutions to provide high-quality and affordable education.
APEC CCHE is to be held in a hybrid format at Far Eastern Federal University, Vladivostok and via online conference software on September 2-3, 2021.
